How to add an Amazon wishlist

In order for you to receive items from Amazon with complete privacy, it is important to create a list called a "Gift List". The following tutorial will show you how step by step on a personal computer or laptop.

Step 1:

Go to amazon.com. On the top right, you should see an option that says "Hello, sign in - Account & Lists". Click on this link.

Step 2:

Use this form to log into your Amazon account or create a new account.

Step 3:

Going back to the amazon.com home page, you should see your name on the top right. Click that option.

Step 4:

You should now see this list of options. Near the bottom, you should see an option titled "Your Lists". Click on this option.

Step 5:

Near the top right, you should see an option titled "Create a List". Click on this option.

Step 6:

A window should pop up. On the bottom is an option to "Create a Registry or Gift List". Click on this option.

Step 7:

The window should change allowing you to create a new Gift List. Choose "Other" as the occasion. Click on the "Continue" button.

Step 8:

Choose today's date. If you don't see an address after your name, you will have to add an address to your Amazon account. This is how the items will be delivered to you. If you don't have an address, you may need to coordinate with a local church in order to receive items. Click the "Continue" button. Click "Create" on the next screen.

Step 9:

Now that you've create a Gift List, you can search for items. When you click on a particular item, there should be an option on the right titled "Add to Registry & Gifting". Click on this option.

Step 10:

Your Gift Lists should appear. Click on the Gift List that you just created.

Step 11:

A popup should appear confirming that you added the item to your Gift List. Click on "View Gift List" or "Continue Shopping".

Step 12:

Once you've finished adding items, click "View Gift List" to see the whole list. On the top right corner is a square with an arrow going up out of the square. Click on this icon.

Step 13:

When you click on the icon that looks like a square with an arrow, a dropdown menu should appear. Click on the option titled "Copy Link".

Step 14:

Return to foodpantry.online, and click on the button right in the middle of the screen titled "Get Help Now". When the form appears, type Control-V or right click to paste the link in the text box labelled "Link to Wishlist". Fill in the rest of the form, and click "Submit". That's it!! You're done!!
